Sightless Cinema is a collaborative audio theatre project by theatre-maker Ciarán Taylor with people who have sight loss.
Sightless Cinema is audio theatre and radio drama devised by blind and visually impaired people. Sightless Cinema is presented with surround sound used in cinemas, but with no pictures. Blind and sighted audiences share an experience without need for mediation. It builds demand for disability arts provision and helps break barriers to participation.
