Celebrate National Drawing Day at Rua Red this Saturday with a FREE adult drawing class! Facilitated by Roxana Manouchehri. All skill levels are welcome, and all materials are provided.

Unleash your inner artist and meet like-minded individuals at Rua Red's exciting new Drawing Classes! Whether you're a seasoned sketcher or a complete beginner, our classes are open to all skill levels. We are waiving our usual fee for this Saturday's class, so now is a great time to drop by and check it out.

Here's what you can expect:

This Saturday, participants will use nib pens, brushes and ink to make quick sketches and capture moments and expressions.

No advance booking is required, but space is limited! Secure your spot by booking in advance or arrive a bit early to ensure your spot.

Roxana Manouchehri

Roxana Manouchehri is an Iranian/Irish visual artist and curator based in Dublin. She received an MFA in fine art from the Tehran University of Art. Roxana has worked and lived in Dublin since 2009. She has been teaching art and giving talks and workshops since 1995 in universities and museums throughout Tehran, Seoul, and Dublin, including Trinity College, the Chester Beatty Museum, the National Gallery of Ireland, Open House Dublin, Rua Red, Mother Tongues Festival, and IMMA. She has had more than 50 group exhibitions internationally and 17 solo exhibitions in Tehran, Seoul, Dubai, Madrid, Munich, London, Brussels, Rauma, and Dublin, including the RHA and Kevin Kavanagh Gallery.
