Rua Red will be closed for the holidays from 6pm, Friday 22nd of December, and will reopen from 9:30am, Friday 5th of January!

Rua Red South Dublin Arts Centre is actively looking for a new member to join our dynamic Board of Directors.

Rua Red is delighted to announce ‘Displacement and Belonging’ a programme of new work, exhibitions, commissions, and events that will take place throughout 2023-2024 featuring artists Candice Breitz, Morag Myerscough, Brognon Rollin, and Array Collective.

“I focus on belonging. I want to find out from people what it means to them. Because it may mean different things to different ages, like for the older ones it might be family, while with young ones it might be friends. I also try to see what part of it makes you feel belonged; is it just your culture or is it about talking with each other? It does not matter that you do not come from the same place but can still belong together.”

Rua Red is a multidisciplinary art centre located in the heart of Tallaght, that commission and produce work of deep relevance to the people who live in South Dublin County.

Rua Red is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly individual who can show initiative to join the Front of House team as an Evening/Saturday Receptionist (Part-Time, minimum 25 hrs).
