Creative Digital Media Degree Show 2018

This year’s show includes an impressive line-up of entertaining, insightful and provocative projects incorporating video, audio production, photography and interactive multimedia. Blending theory and practice, students have generated ideas and written scripts, which they have transformed into a diverse range of innovative media productions.
One highlight of this year’s show is work by students who collaborated with renowned Russian artist Andrei Molodkin on themes of hidden information and information flows, in which students endeavored to humanize large sets of data through the use of creative coding, audio, sculpture and documentary filmmaking. Earlier in the year – and as part of the same project – students travelled to Tate Exchange at the Tate Modern in London, where they contributed to the ‘Arts Work of the Future’ event that explored the role of the arts in an era of rapid technological change.
