MULTI MEDIA

RUA RED has a range of digital resources which are available for use in our Multi Media rooms.

Our facilities are run on an open access basis. We have no membership fees so to get started all you need to do is book an 1 hour induction. (Please call us to arrange a suitable time).

The Multi Media rooms are available to hire on an hourly basis, by machine or for full workshops. Periodically, RUA RED runs workshops and courses in various creative packages. Please see our
What's On section for more information.

Our Multi Media rooms are on the second floor and house the very latest technology in a friendly, comfortable and professional environment.


MUSIC

RUA RED has five, acoustic panelled music rooms available to hire for a minimum of 1 hour or alternatively on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. RUA RED also has rehearsal equipment available. This has been made possible by an award from The Arts Council of Ireland in association with the IRMA Trust and Music Network through the Music Capital Scheme.

To get started all users who require access to the rehearsal equipment will need to attend a 1 hour induction by our Centre Technician.

VISUAL ART

RUA RED has a large art workshop room available to for  classes and course. The room is let for a minimum of 1 hour or alternatively on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

A large room with plenty of storage, sinks and natural light it is ideal for workshops catering to all ages.

RUA RED also runs its own programme of workshops. More details can be found in our What's On section.

RADIO

RUA RED has 3 purpose built spaces and an office designed for radio production and broadcasting.
Radio Tallaght are currently broadcasting from the centre. You can read more about them here.

A swipe card system is in operation in the entire building and visitors will only be able to access their booked room/s within a certain allocated period of time. There are lockable cupboards in each room and the key must be signed for at reception. Booking is essential.
