Information for Disabled Visitors

RUA RED is a fully accessible building. The Main entrance to RUA RED is at ground level opposite the Civic Theatre. There is a fully accessible lift giving access to all leves of the centre.

The Performance Space has seating for wheelchair users and we are happy to accommodate any requests for assistance - please inform us of any access requirements on booking.

An induction loop is provided at the Reception and inside the Performance Space. Visitors with hearing aids can make use of this facility by switching their hearing aid to the 'T' position.

We welcome both guide and hearing dogs to the centre. Assistance dogs may be taken into any area of the centre or left with a member of staff during a performance if requested.

Adapted WCs are provided on Levels G, 1, 2 & 3
An adapted shower room is available on the ground floor.

We are happy to provide any of our printed materials in large print. We aim to accomodate any other reasonable requests for provision of materials.
