Hello everyone!

As mentioned before we have a number or tenants who work from the centre. We have some of the nicest artist studios in Dublin (well I think so) and I thought it would be nice for you to know who is in them!

The lovely Rachel Swan of Rachel Swan designs joined us for a quickfire Q&A which you can read below. All of the images are from Rachel's 'Orb' collection.

What do you do?
I'm a jeweller, I design and hand-make my own range of contemporary silver jewellery. I have recently moved into my lovely studio in RUA RED where the creative process takes place!

What are your design criteria's?
I design simple pieces with clean lines. I create jewellery which is easy to wear and one question I ask myself is- would I wear it myself? Simple!

What sets your jewellery apart from the rest?
It's contemporary, bold, and best of all its hand made in Ireland. I like to use a satin finish to make it a bit different.
You can add to each piece and build up a collection which will last forever.

What's your best seller?
At the moment the Orb collection is selling well due to its competitive pricing. Prices range from €80 to €250.

Likes?
Architecture. Stationary - there's nothing better than a new sketchpad and black pen. Dogs - especially greyhounds and good chocolate.

What can you not live without?
My phone, chocolate and hand cream - my hands take a terrible battering!!!

Favourite music?
Motown, Soul, Ska, Electronica and a bit of 80's thrown in too.

Place I'd most like to visit?
The Ice Hotel in Sweden. Hopefully I'll get there some day. I'd love to see the northern lights and have a go at ice driving.
